It’s Official: Tuesdays are Deliciously Awesome at Parlor

This past Tuesday night, within the dark, sexy, SoHo club, Parlor, cheering could have been heard.  No, there wasn’t a sports game on, it wasn’t someone’s birthday, but rather a tray of Chef David Santos‘ potato fritters with truffle cream just arrived to the bar.

Underground Eats‘ Tuesday night residency at Parlor kicked-off its series this week as guests enjoyed delectable passed canapés by culinary artist David Santos, and got tipsy sipping Alchemia Infusions‘ dangerously delicious Summer Punch cocktail, featuring their ginger-infused vodka.   Seductive beats by Parlor’s house DJ provided the perfect party ambiance as guests mingled and danced, tossing back fluke ceviche bites and asparagus crostinis like candy.

The first of many exciting and unique events, the soirée offered a glimpse of what Tuesday night will now mean to those who attend (will Tuesday be the new Thursday?).  The good news is that Wednesday is a perfect day to call out “sick” since no one expects you would be such a party animal on a Tuesday night. Little does your boss know…

Stay tuned for details on future Tuesday night events at Parlor.
