Flea Food In DUMBO

DUMBO, great place to work, not the most exciting place to eat.

So there was a collective ‘woo hoo!’ at the Underground Eats office this week when we saw the Brooklyn Flea is taking over The Archway every Thursday and Friday throughout the summer with food by Asia Dog, Landhaus, Mile End and Brooklyn Oyster Party. We immediately had to check it out for ourselves: get the banh mi-inspired Vinh and crushed potato chip Mash dogs at Asia Dog, and Mile End’s melt-in-the-mouth smoked meat sandwich.

An ice cream vendor wouldn’t go astray there, but luckily beer is rumored to be coming soon. Until then, expect to see DUMBO dog walkers cooling off with Arnold Palmers and coders knocking back freshly-shucked oysters.

Flea Food under The Archway, Thursday 11.30am-8pm and Friday 11.30am-4pm.
